Introducing the new BlackBerry 10 (and a sneak peek video included)

The BlackBerry World 2012 was just held on May 1st in Orlando, Florida and it appears the expectations for the new BlackBerry were not met. One of the best things about the BlackBerry is the physical keyboard Well, now the new BlackBerry 10 may not have that.

Meet the BlackBerry 10 Dev alpha, which was unveiled in the morning. However, BlackBerry mentions it isn't a real phone and it is modelled to show off the new Blackberry 10. The new BlackBerry has no physical keyboard, hence, the new OS has changed dramatically.

The main thing about this phone right now is their keyboard. When you see the virtual keyboard popping up, it isn't really much a difference and it's more like the ones on the iPhone, Android, Nokia, etc. When you start typing though, the magic starts to happen in your experience.

Each letter you tap will cause the phone to display suggested words above the letter it thinks you'll likely to type next. when you wanted to complete the suggested word, all you have to do is flick it upwards, and it will appear on the text field instantly.  If you made a mistake, you can swipe across the keyboard to delete words quickly. That is truly the best keyboard you'll ever see in the market.

The BlackBerry phone also has a new camera app with very cool features for your pictures. When you take a snapshot with your friends, you'll have the ability to rewind your photos from when your friends smile before it was taken. So that means pictures were automatically taken before give you the ability to backup pictures that go wrong. If you see the actual camera app on the Dev phone, it appears the camera quality is improving than it is before. The camera app is what's really cool about the phone available on the screen so far.

The Dev phone on the outside is outstanding feel. It feels smooth and hard, or you can say it gives an expensive feel. For the first time, I think putting the money on the hardware is silly, but if Rim thinks they should do that. Then I think they know what they're doing for their products.

Now let's take a look at new features in the Blackberry 10. Here's a sneak peek of it.
